Jonathan (Jon) Becker is a Vice President and Senior Project Manager for RPA Engineering, where he has been employed since 2005. With over 15 years of experience at RPA, Jon has served as a Project Engineer and Project Manager, providing engineering solutions for a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical/biotech, industrial, power/utility, commissioning and validation, and energy management solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jon is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors, such as serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Prospectus Berco, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring people with disabilities or other special needs to lead meaningful lives. He also serves on the Council of Industry Advisors for regional STEM programs.

Jon takes pride in the diverse range of work that RPA provides for its clients. The team at RPA can tackle complex design solutions in a global business environment, across multiple market sectors.

In his free time, Jon coaches a youth soccer team and enjoys watching his children develop new passions. He and his family also enjoy spending their free time hiking trails and exploring new outdoor spaces.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering from Temple University. His expertise in engineering has led him to work on several top projects, including:

Jon has co-authored the ISPE Good Practice Guide: Management of Engineering Standards, published in August 2016, and has presented at the ISPE Aseptic Conference on the topic of Collaborative Robotics in Aseptic Manufacturing.

He is a member of several associations, including the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), where he chairs the Education Committee for the Delaware Valley Chapter (DVC), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
